I have seen larger and smaller versions from the same manufacturer, but this size seems to be perfect.

You dont want larger than this as they are harder to clean, manage and store. The only negative I can think of is that the cutouts are pretty deep and and could retain water. The smaller version of this doll had a drain hole for easier cleaning. So this needs to be drained properly and left to dry for a few hours before storing.
